3) Develop a methodology for assigning EQF levels recognising the distinction between knowledge based qualifications and professional competence qualifications; [documented procedure, agreement with EC EQF implementation body]
4) Each partner assigns EQF levels to a FS qualification and the national qualification in their country, sharing experience; [EQF levels added to qualifications listed in 2, revised procedure, case studies of good practice]
5) Each partner assigns the EQF level to the NQF level in their country (if any); [documented procedure, agreement with EC EQF implementation body]
6) Develop and pilot an assurance methodology and system for monitoring, reviewing and endorsing the EQF levels that are assigned; [business plan, legal and institutional arrangements, permanent League]
7) Set up an initial League that will promote the Copenhagen process in the European FS Sector and provide overview and assurance of EQF levels, including links to the higher education sector in the European Higher Education Area (the Bologna process)
8) Disseminate within partner countries, to 'relay partners' and to other countries (including beyond Europe), within FS sector, [3 meetings of ‘relay partners’, project website, final conference]
9) Valorise by liaising with EC EQF implementation body (agreeing methodologies, attending launch and final workshops/conferences), disseminating to other sectors;
